F02 Inno Science Mix-use Park is located at the intersection of manufacturing plate and urban life plate of Rule New City, which is the core of the region and the closest urban supporting service function group. With the growing maturity of the industrial area, Science City Innovation Center will usher in more supporting service needs.
In addition to building a new headquarters for Vanke, Pus 8 also creates a new lifestyle service center for target customers in the project, including businesses, theaters, hotels, apartments, etc. Due to height restrictions, this landmark is not developed in a tall direction, but is designed in a compact, comfortable, small and beautiful direction with details. Strive to create a science and technology community with both “science and technology fan” and “network celebrity temperament”.
