GOLF CLUBHOUSE  - TANJUNG ARU ECO DEVELOPMENT

The Master Plan for Tanjung Aru Eco Development is founded on its vision to create a long term, sustainable framework.

Located on the southern tip of Tanjung Aru with views over the South China Sea is world-class, Greg Norman-designed 18- hole eco golf course. With the concept rain forest to the sea,’ the course will be set within the undulating landscape from the rain forest trees to the natural mangroves on the coast. Designed as a low impact, eco-golf course, a series of connected water retention ponds weave their way through the golf course and natural rain forest setting.

The golf clubhouse includes members lounge, bar, restaurant, changing facilities, recreation venues, function rooms, meeting and games room located to the north. A number of residential units are located along the northwest and northern fringe. These are predominantly apartments with the exception of the coastal villa.
