A memorable large scale retail destination in the center of the city integrated with surrounding wetland and central park. The project will become the commercial heart of new waterfront CBD in center of Wenzhou. This new lifestyle center includes entertainment hub, leisure & fun garden, knowledge box, an art walk and tourism/cultural center providing a variety of attractions to the whole family and visitors to Wenzhou.
