In January 2020, Shanghai Shui On Land (0272HKG) formally signed the Hongshoufang architectural design contract with Plus 8 Consulting. Plus 8 will lead the entire commercial design of Hongshoufang, the exterior design of the tower and the interior design of the entire development public area, put forward the most important design principles and parameters, and implement the design and construction.
