Architect / Architectural Designer:
1. Bachelor degree or above in architecture, or equivalent overseas degree, 3-5 years or more work experience
2. Passionate in architectural design, having strong design ability and creative enthusiasm, having the initiative to learn professional knowledge, complete design work independently and seriously, and having a strong team spirit
3. Good communication and coordination. Good team leadership. Capable of finishing the report completely and accurately. Responsible for communicating project with the client in building technology and project management
4. Familiar with AutoCAD, Sketchup, Rhino, MS Office, Adobe Suite, and other design-related software.
5. Overseas study or work experience in a foreign-invested company. Preferred English communication skills.
Assistant Architectural Designer:
1. Bachelor degree or above in architecture, or equivalent overseas degree, 1-2 years or more work experience, or fresh graduate
2. Passionate in architectural design, having strong design ability and creative enthusiasm, having the initiative to learn professional knowledge, complete design work independently and seriously, and having a strong team spirit
3. Familiar with AutoCAD, Sketchup, Rhino, MS Office, Adobe Suite, and other design-related software.
4. Overseas study or work experience in a foreign-invested company. Preferred English communication skills.
Internship:
1. Bachelor's third year or above, or graduate student, architecture major is preferred.
2. Passionate in architectural design, having strong design ability and creative enthusiasm, having the initiative to learn professional knowledge, completing design work seriously, and having a strong team spirit.
3. The internship period is minimum of 6 months
4. Familiar with AutoCAD, Sketchup, Rhino, MS Office, Adobe Suite, and other design-related software.
5. Possess certain English communication skills preferred.
