Design Process
Our design process begins by embracing the site's natural topography to create terraced levels that elevate the towers. This approach allows greenery to extend onto the terrace podium, fostering a vibrant retail environment.
Next, we develop a gently sloped boulevard connecting RJCL to the KL tower, enhancing accessibility. A footbridge will also be integrated to offer a diverse and engaging walking experience throughout the podium area. This thoughtful design aims to harmonise the built environment with the natural landscape, creating a seamless and inviting space for both visitors and residents.
A Trip of Advanture to Nature
A competition scheme to develop high density mixed use development at the heart of Kuala Lumpur city centre. Our vision is to integrate the surrounding heritage attractions, eco-nature park and KL Tower to create a new landmark residential neighbourhood with tourism attractions offering culture & heritage trails, nature & city park, retail & F&B for residents and visitors a like. This project is destined to become a new city postcard for Kuala Lumpur.
