CAR PARK, BUS TERMINAL & RETAIL - TANJUNG ARU ECO DEVELOPMENT

The Masterplan for Tanjung Aru Eco Development is founded on its vision to create a long term, sustainable framework.

This mixed-use building will primarily provide parking for visitors to Prince Philip Park and Tanjung Aru Beach. It will be connected directly to the green bridge crossing over the waterway to enter the park. There will be bus terminus on the ground floor together with retail shops, cinema, food street and open space for weekend markets. This will be developed in the initial phase of Tanjung Aru Eco Development together with the park, the waterways, and the beach.
