The vision and aspiration for this masterplan are developed around the concept of Sunshine supported by elements of garden and water. Xichang has wonderful natural qualities and environment which are fully utilized and incorporated within the masterplan to create “12 sunshine spots“, offering an artistic and scenic tour for visitors and residents with abundant sunshine experience, together with recreational, cultural experience, natural scenery, science exhibition.
