This project is located in the most mature area of Shanghai Putuo District - Changshou Business District, Hong Shou Fang residential old renovation project.

Hong Shou Fang house was built in the 1920s, most of the houses are brick and wood structure two-storey buildings, closely arranged, is a typical two-level old. The project will preserve and rebuild some of the old houses, revitalize and convert them to commercial use, and build two office towers to revitalize the old neighborhood.
