Vision for Zhengzhou's Future

Plus-8, at the invitation of Zhengzhou Vanke, designed the future life vision for Zhengzhou, a central city in China. As a new first-tier city and a transportation hub, Zhengzhou plays a crucial role in the region. However, as the capital of Henan, the most populous province, it faces challenges such as overcrowding, poor air quality, and high housing prices that affect its young residents.

Understanding Young Needs

Plus-8 recognizes that contemporary young people have a realistic view of their needs. Many long for an escape from the city, seeking an idyllic lifestyle alongside a well-connected urban environment and essential services.

The Vanke Ecological Multi-City Project

The Vanke Ecological Multi-City project aims to provide a beautiful natural environment and convenient urban services for Zhengzhou's younger generation. This initiative is set to disrupt the urban renewal landscape, with its first exhibition area showcasing a vision of a better future and the promise of a more harmonious lifestyle.
